We offer a generous 90 day returns policy. Items can be returned to us within 90 days of purchase, free of charge* (UK only), for a size exchange or full refund as long as the item is in its original, resalable condition.

This means that the product should not be damaged, dirty or marked. Therefore, please try on your new footwear on clean, carpeted surfaces and ensure you are happy with the look and fit before wearing them outside. In addition, please ensure you do not remove the tag or dispose of any of the original packaging until you are certain that you wish to keep the item.


TO RETURN YOUR SHOES:

 

  • Pack your returns in the original packaging, including your original dispatch note or a cover note with your returned items, quoting your order reference number and stating whether you would like an exchange or a refund. You can exchange them item for another size, but not another style.

 

  • Visit www.collectplus.co.uk/returns/new/hi-tec to create and print your FREE returns label. Attach it to the package and send them back to us free of charge. Alternatively, if you cannot get to a Collect+ store, you can return your order via the Post Office to Magnum Europe Ltd, FREEPOST, License No. SMU186, Aviation Way, Southend on Sea, Essex, SS2 6BR.

 

  • Ensure you keep your receipt as proof of returns and do not dispose of this until you have received your exchange or refund.

* Unfortunately we are currently unable to offer free returns to customers in Ireland. If you reside in Ireland, you will be responsible for the cost of returns unless your item is faulty, in which case, your returns cost will be refunded upon successful receipt and inspection of the faulty item. Please return your item via the Post Office to Magnum Europe Ltd, Aviation Way, Southend on Sea, Essex, SS2 6BB.

Please allow up to 14 days from the date we receive your returned item for the size exchange to be processed or the refund to be credited to your account. We will endeavour to process your return as quickly as possible.
